For an optimal tasting, the ideal is to uncork the 2019 bottle of Château Petit Gerbaÿ at least 2 hours before serving it.  It will reveal all its flavors by being aired at room temperature.

You can offer it as an aperitif, accompanied by a platter of country ham or other cold cuts. It goes perfectly with cold meats and cheeses (such as Salers) but also with grilled meats.
